We recognise that tests and exams can be a challenging part of school life – not only for our students, but for their parents and carers too. Exam season often brings a mixture of anticipation, pressure and uncertainty, and we want to ensure that every member of our school community feels supported during this important time.
To help students manage stress and maintain their wellbeing, we have a dedicated Mental Health First Aider team available in school. They are on hand to offer guidance, reassurance and a listening ear whenever needed. Our Progress Teams will also continue to provide academic and pastoral support, helping students stay organised, motivated and confident in the lead‑up to their exams.
Below, we have included a collection of useful links and resources for both students and parents/carers. These offer advice on revision, stress management and emotional wellbeing, and we encourage families to make use of them in the coming weeks.
