We’re here to make the transition as smooth and supportive as possible!

Whether your child has additional SEN or medical needs, you have concerns about attendance, questions about Free School Meals, or simply want to chat about the move to secondary school – we’re here to help.

Our drop-in sessions will run every Wednesday from 18th June, between 9:00 and 10:00am. There’s no need to book, just pop in and speak to a member of our team.

If you can’t make it to a drop-in, we’ll also be available at our Transition Evening on 30th June.
