Today, we came together to celebrate World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme of ‘Access to Services’ focuses on ensuring everyone can access mental health support when they need it most.
As part of this half-term’s House event, each Personal Development Group created a yellow ribbon to raise awareness of mental health services for young people. Congratulations to the winning Personal Development Groups in each year group! Every entry was fantastic, and we are incredibly proud of our pupils’ hard work and dedication in promoting mental health awareness.
To further show our support, all staff and pupils were invited to wear a yellow item of clothing today – thank you to everyone who joined in, especially Evan, who really went the extra mile! At our school, we truly value the wellbeing of both our pupils and staff, and initiatives like today help us continue to build a supportive, caring community.
