Last week, our Senior Leadership Team met with a number of our incredible pupils to celebrate their recent achievements as part of our Thankful Thursday and Feel-Good Friday celebrations.

Ms Mason, Headteacher, met with Aimee (Year 13), who recently completed a sky dive, raising over £1,000 for Parkinson’s UK – an amazing act of bravery and kindness! She also met with Nevaeh (Year 11), who competed in ballroom dancing at the Blackpool Tower and the UKA Dance Competition in Manchester, placing first in both Ballroom and Latin – an outstanding achievement!

Miss J Devereux, Assistant Headteacher, met with Ivy, who competed at the Can You Dance? Super Convention at the ACC in Liverpool with her street crew ‘Inflamers’, who placed second – well done! Ivy also studies ballet, jazz, and lyrical dance and is already preparing for her next competitions in February.

Miss Devereux also celebrated the hard work of the MOMO Drama Academy Beauty and the Beast cast, who performed brilliantly at the Rugeley Rose Theatre this weekend – what a fantastic show!

Finally, congratulations to Casey and Millie, who won the Drama Matters ‘Speak Up’ competition for the Key Stage 3 group – an international competition! We are so proud of them for this huge achievement.
