Childhood Bereavement Network Resources to respond to a bereavement and to provide support to bereaved pupils and their families. It also includes signposting to local bereavement services.
Child Bereavement UKA website for child bereavement that has resources for schools, young people and parents/carers.
Hope Again A website for young people to use. Set up by Cruse, the national charity for bereavement care.
St GilesA website that can support you if you’re going through a bereavement, supporting a grieving friend or relative, or just need someone to talk to.
Winston’s WishA website that provides advice, guidance and bereavement support to children and young as well as families and professionals.

Mindfulness
Health for TeensA great website for young people with lots of information about mental health and wellbeing.
MindWe provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Online Safety
BBC Own It appThe Own It app gives you advice when you need, in real- time as you type! Helping you to make smart choices, feel more confident, and live your best life online.
Using a combination of self-reporting and ‘machine learning’, the app builds up a picture of your child’s digital wellbeing and serves relevant content, information and interventions designed to help your child understand the impact that their online behaviours can have on themselves, and on others.

Teen Mental Health
This website aims to take the best available scientific evidence in mental health and make it easy to understand and accessible for everyone.

Prince’s Trust
The Prince’s Trust is a charity which runs a range of training programmes, providing practical and financial support to build young people’s confidence and motivation. 

Think Ninja
An app which educates 10–18-year-olds about mental health, emotional wellbeing and provide skills young people can use to build resilience and stay well. It has been adapted to Covid-19 to bring self-help knowledge and skills to those who may be experiencing increased anxiety and stress during the crisis.

Rise Above
This website aims to build resilience and support good mental health in young people aged 10 to 16. The content has been adapted to Covid-19 and includes new mental health content based on insights from young people on remote schooling.

Every Mind Matters 
This website aims to support everyone, including children and young people, to feel more confident in taking action to look after their mental health and wellbeing by promoting a range of self-care actions. It has been adapted to include advice and support about mental health issues that may have arisen because of the pandemic.

NSPCC Building Connections

Building Connections is an online service for young people up to the age of 19, empowering them to find a way through loneliness.

Young people work with a trained befriender, who guides them and champions them each step of the way. Building Connections gives young people tools that can help them build their confidence and better equip them to manage loneliness.

Children and young people can access free confidential support anytime from Government-backed voluntary and community sector organisations by:
