After weeks of waiting due to the weather, our Forest School group was finally able to get back outdoors, and the students made the most of the drier conditions. This week’s session focused on seasonal tree pruning and site management. The teamwork on display was excellent, with students naturally taking on roles and problem-solving together. A particular highlight was the creation of a new dead hedge using the cut branches, which sparked engaging discussions around biodiversity and habitat creation.
