We are thrilled to announce that seven outstanding pupils have been nominated for Thankful Thursday and Feel Good Friday this week! As a result of the INSET Day scheduled for tomorrow, we celebrated both the achievements of our Thankful Thursday and Feel Good Friday nominations today.
Harry, a shining star in Year 7, has been nominated by multiple staff members for his selfless dedication to maintaining the cleanliness of our school environment. Voluntarily spending his time litter picking around the school, Harry exemplifies the spirit of community service. Not only is he an active member of our Pupil Leadership team, but he also shared his enthusiasm with Mrs. Morgan about raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust at our upcoming Christmas Market in December.
Mrs. S Morgan, Business Manager, had the pleasure of meeting with Harry to personally express gratitude for his exceptional commitment. She remarked, “It was a pleasure to meet with Harry today to thank him for his efforts to maintain our school site. To see Harry voluntarily give up his time to show respect for our school site and community is heart-warming.”
In Year 12, Grace L has soared to new heights in the world of gymnastics! Recently achieving her Level 1 coaching award, Grace led a team of fellow pupils to success at a recent competition, where they earned well-deserved medals. Ms. N Mason, our Headteacher, praised Grace, stating, “I am truly inspired by Grace’s passion for gymnastics. Her recent coaching award and the success of her team at the competition are a testament to her dedication. Grace has a bright future ahead of her.”
Congratulations to Harry and Grace, and a heartfelt thank you to all our nominated pupils for making our school community shine! Your achievements make us proud, and we look forward to celebrating more successes in the future.
