We recently welcomed Jess Andrews, Training and Development Officer at the Environment Agency, to speak with our students. Jess shared her career journey across water quality, flood defence and biodiversity, and explained how her Marine and Freshwater Biology degree and transferable skills support her work. She also highlighted how creative skills can be used within scientific and environmental careers, linking this to subjects taught in school.
