We are excited to announce that our school is participating in BookTrust’s Bookbuzz programme, a fantastic initiative aimed at promoting a love for reading among children. Bookbuzz is organized by BookTrust, the UK’s largest children’s reading charity. They are dedicated to transforming lives by promoting reading for children and families.

Here’s all the important information you need to know:

Each Year 7 pupil will have the opportunity to choose one book out of sixteen fantastic Bookbuzz titles, and you get to keep it absolutely free of charge!

If your child is unsure which book to pick, we have samples of the books on display in the library. Pupils are welcome to come and take a look during break and lunchtime.

Orders can be placed via your child’s form tutor, who will have an order form. The deadline for submission is 27th October, so make sure to submit your order before then.

Collection for 7N & 7P: For the convenience of pupils in 7N and 7P, we will be collecting orders during their library lessons.

Encouraging a love for reading is essential, and the Bookbuzz programme is a fantastic way to get our Year 7 pupils excited about books. Let’s make the most of this opportunity to expand our horizons and dive into the world of literature.
