We are thrilled to welcome Jon Caulton as our new Guitar Teacher at CTA Music School!

Jon brings a wealth of experience to our pupils, having been playing music from the age of 11 and working as a professional musician throughout his entire career. His journey began right here at CTA (when it was formerly known as Chase Terrace High School), where he excelled in GCSE Music, earning a grade A. He continued his studies with A-Level Music, a diploma, and eventually a degree in Music.

Jon’s professional career spans live touring, studio work, and teaching. He has performed across the globe, including at prestigious venues like the SSE Arena and sold-out shows on the West End. As a recording session artist, his work has been featured in numerous songs, adverts, and albums. While Jon is proficient in various instruments, Guitar and Bass remain his specialties.

Jon shared, “Teaching music is something I’ve always been very passionate about. There’s nothing more important than inspiring the next generation to play instruments and enjoy music. Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds, if not thousands, of students, many of whom have gone on to become professional musicians themselves. I’m excited to start my role as Guitar and Bass tutor at Chase Terrace Academy and can’t wait to see you in class!”
