Today, Mr Inman, Assistant Headteacher, met with Daisie, who has recently earned her Junior Judo Instructor award – a fantastic achievement!

Daisie trains twice a week across two different clubs and also volunteers at sessions for younger children. She consistently demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, coaching and modelling safe practice while supporting younger members. To become a Junior Instructor, participants must be able to support small groups and clearly demonstrate safety, and Daisie has excelled in both.

Daisie has shown outstanding resilience and determination throughout her judo journey and is currently working towards her blue belt. A fantastic achievement and a great example of our school value of tenacity in action.
