Our Year 10 BTEC Sport pupils recently put their planning and leadership skills into practice by leading a warm-up session for a group of Key Stage 3 pupils. This hands-on experience forms an important part of their coursework, helping them to develop teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
This initiative not only supports learning, but also strengthens relationships across year groups – a fantastic example of our school community working together in such a positive way.
