We are excited to invite you to our Options Evening on Monday, 5th February at 5pm. This event is designed to provide crucial information about the options process for the upcoming academic year.
During the evening, our staff will guide you and your child through the options process. The session will commence with a brief presentation at 5pm explaining the process, followed by an opportunity to engage with subject leads who will provide insights into their respective courses.
In addition, your child will attend daily assemblies from subject heads during the week commencing 5th February.
Your child will receive the options form on Thursday, 8th February 2024, via their school email. Please ensure that their proposed choices are submitted by Friday, 23rd February.
For your convenience, there will be short interviews with a senior staff member to discuss and clarify your child’s choices. These interviews, scheduled between 4th March and 18th March, are open for your attendance.
Once all interviews are complete, the timetable will be constructed, and your child will be notified of their final options in the summer term.
It’s important to note that, while we strive to accommodate all first choices, some courses have limited capacity. During the information evening, we will elaborate on the possibility of receiving reserve options.
