Following the success of a Chinese New Year theme day previously, today, staff and pupils have enjoyed a Mexican fiesta feast in celebration of Cinco De Mayo – a yearly celebration of Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862!

Mrs S Morgan, Business Manager, said: “Our Pupil Leadership Team have expressed a wish for more food theme days to take place in school, creating an opportunity for all pupils to enjoy different cuisines from around the world. It was lovely to see pupils and staff enjoying todays food offer, and I would like to express special thanks to our brilliant catering team for taking on board pupil feedback and offering todays Mexican feast!”.
