A group of our Year 10 and 11 pupils recently visited University College, part of the University of Oxford. After a brief walk around the historic city, pupils were welcomed to the college and participated in introductions and small tasks in a classroom setting.
Josh, the Admissions Manager, gave an interesting talk on the history of Oxford and Cambridge, as well as insights into courses and the admissions process. Pupils then enjoyed lunch in the Grand Hall before taking a guided tour of the college. The visit concluded with talks from current undergraduate students and an interactive Q&A session, giving our pupils valuable insight into university life.
We are proud to offer opportunities like this to broaden our pupils’ horizons and inspire their future academic journeys!
