We are delighted to announce that we have recruited a fantastic group of Year 10 prefects!
Being a prefect offers an incredible opportunity for our pupils to:
– Show their commitment to supporting and improving our school community
– Volunteer their time to help others
– Support a form group in a lower year
Some of the roles our new prefects will take on include break and lunch duty, corridor monitoring, and more. Our Head Prefects, Ben and Madison, pictured left), will have additional responsibilities. They will represent the prefects on the Pupil Leadership Team, organise prefects to support school events, and monitor the prefect team for their commitment and values.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to develop their leadership skills, boost their self-confidence, enhance their CV, and even skip lunch queues when they’re on duty!
To apply, pupils submitted an application form and selected candidates were invited for an interview with the Year 10 Progress Team, Miss G Clarke, and Mrs S Pickin.
Congratulations to all our new prefects! We look forward to seeing the positive impact you will make in our school community.
