In celebration of Roald Dahl Day, our school library hosted a ‘Gobblefunk Competition’ where pupils had to decipher the quirky words used by the BFG and match them to their meanings. Congratulations to Rubie (pictured), the lucky winner, who took home a collection of Roald Dahl books!

But the fun didn’t stop there! Each Year 7 personal development tutor hid a ‘golden ticket’ under a random seat, and the lucky finders were invited to the library to collect a special prize.
