We would like to take a moment to celebrate one of our amazing pupils, Ruby from Year 10. Last week, Ruby received the incredible news that she had finished her treatment for leukaemia.

In a special assembly, Mrs E Scholes, Head of Year 10, invited Ruby to the front to ring the ‘End of Treatment’ bell in front of her classmates and teachers, symbolising the end of this challenging journey. Surrounded by her peers, who applauded her strength and perseverance, it was a truly heartwarming moment for everyone.

As a school, we are beyond proud of Ruby and all that she has accomplished. We wish her nothing but the best as she continues forward with the same determination and positivity that have carried her through.
