We were delighted to welcome local MP Dave Robertson to Chase Terrace Academy for a visit focused on strengthening community partnerships and enhancing opportunities for our pupils.

Mr Robertson met with pupils, staff, and leaders to learn more about our careers programme, including work experience and Sixth Form pathways.

During the visit, Mr Robertson and Headteacher Ms Mason discussed the development of a ‘Schools Alliance’, a collaborative initiative linking schools with local services, businesses, and organisations to provide wider support for pupils. They also spoke about the growing pressures schools face, particularly around budgeting and funding and support for SEND provision.

It was a valuable opportunity to showcase the brilliant work happening across our school and explore future partnerships to support our young people.
