On the last day of term, our school had the privilege of hosting a comprehensive first aid session led by the Community First Responders, organised by our dedicated Y11 pupil Rachel R.

Our pupils eagerly signed up to participate in a workshop focusing on essential life-saving skills such as CPR, safe bandaging techniques, and how to effectively unblock an airway. It was truly fantastic to witness so many pupils actively engaged and taking part in this invaluable learning opportunity.

Thank you to Rachel R. for spearheading this initiative, and to the Community First Responders for sharing their expertise with our school community. Together, we are empowering our pupils with the knowledge and skills to potentially save lives.
