Last week, a group of our talented Sixth Formers had the incredible opportunity to attend the 33rd Erasmus Darwin Memorial Lecture, featuring the fascinating topic ‘The James Webb Space Telescope,’ presented by the esteemed Dr. Henrik Melin at the Garrick Theatre. This exclusive opportunity was extended to pupils diving deep into the realms of Biology and Physics at the A-Level.
Miss L Farrington, our dedicated trip leader, shared her thoughts on the experience, saying, “The lecture was truly fantastic and incredibly informative. It’s inspiring to witness our pupils engaging with such cutting-edge topics in the realm of Biology and Physics. Their exemplary behaviour during the event reflects their commitment to investing in their future.”
A massive shout-out to our exceptional Sixth Formers for representing the school with such excellence. Your passion for learning and commitment to exploration truly make us proud.
