Mr. Newman, Deputy Headteacher, had the pleasure of meeting with a talented group of pupils who submitted entries for the national ‘Poetry by Heart’ competition at the end of the last academic year. We are delighted to announce that our pupils have received fantastic recognition from the judges!

Ellie (Year 12) won the prestigious ‘Best in County’ award. Benjamin (Year 9) and Leigha (Year 10) were both awarded ‘Highly Commended’ certificates. Androniki (Year 9), Charlie (Year 9), Lucie (Year 9), and Mariama (Year 10) received ‘Commended’ certificates.

Each pupil received glowing, personalised feedback based on their performances, and we couldn’t be prouder of their incredible achievements!
