We are excited to launch this half-term’s JTMAT Subject Excellence Project for Art! This term, the Trust is collaborating with illustrator Raj Dhunna to challenge pupils across the Trust.

During lessons, pupils will explore the JTMAT values: passion for excellence, restlessness and curiosity, collegiality, tenacity and resilience, courage to innovate, and learning being at the heart of all we do. They’ll then take on the challenge of creating artwork that expresses one of these values, inspired by Raj Dhunna’s style. 

A total of 15 primary and 15 secondary finalists will be chosen from across JTMAT schools. Finalists will be invited to an exclusive event at Chase Terrace Academy in March, where they’ll meet Raj Dhunna, participate in a workshop, and see the winners and runners-up announced. Exciting prizes await the top three entries in each category! 

Finished pieces must be submitted to teachers by 17th December.
