Throughout the month of February, our incredible pupils embarked on a creative journey to celebrate LGBTQIA+ History Month by crafting vibrant bunting pieces.
Today, we are thrilled to share the results of their efforts and celebrate the spirit of inclusivity that shines brightly within our school community!
The door bunting efforts have been judged by our Diversity and Inclusion Committee of our Pupil Leadership Team. After careful consideration, we are thrilled to unveil the winners for each year group:
Year 7: Congratulations to Class 7C!
Year 8: Congratulations to Class 8M!
Year 9: Congratulations to Class 9C!
Year 10: Congratulations to Class 10H!
Year 11: Congratulations to Class 11N!
Year 12: Congratulations to Class 12O!
Every member of the winning form (per year group) will gain 5 house points. Second place will get 2 house points and 3rd place will get 1 house point each.
Let’s continue to champion diversity, equality, and respect every day, not just during LGBTQIA+ History Month. Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone. Our theme of ‘Be Kind, Always’ is relevant to us all.
