At CTA, we recognise the incredible dedication and hard work of our staff in supporting our pupils and each other every day. As part of National Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to take a moment to show our appreciation and support for all that they do.

Today, we treated our staff to a special brunch as a token of our gratitude. We believe that taking care of our staff’s well-being is essential in creating a positive and supportive school community.

In the spirit of this year’s theme, ‘Move for Your Mental Health,’ Mrs. H Phillips (pictured), our HR Assistant, has been instrumental in encouraging our staff to prioritise their mental well-being through physical activity.
