Throughout the year, pupils at the school are rewarded with house points in recognition of their hard work, progress, positive attitude towards learning and their commitment to doing good deeds. These house points serve as a way to motivate and encourage pupils to excel in various areas of school life.
An exciting reward event is organised at the end of the academic year for the winning house and this year, Fallow emerged as the victorious house. As a result, all pupils in the house were granted a special reward last week – a zorbing experience!
Miss S Lindsey, Head of House and organiser of the event, said, “Pupils in Fallow were thrilled to participate in such an exciting activity as a celebration of their collective achievements.”
The event extended into the afternoon for pupils from other houses across the school who have individually made significant contributions to the house system and positively impacted on their respective houses.
Ms N Mason, Headteacher, said, “This inclusive approach ensured that all pupils who have shown dedication and commitment to the school’s values and community were rewarded to partake in this thrilling end of year reward.”
