We are proud to celebrate three colleagues who have been recognised in the John Taylor MAT ‘Cheers for Peers’ Awards for demonstrating the Trust value of Collegiality. The awards give colleagues across the Trust the opportunity to recognise and nominate staff who make a positive difference to their school communities and the wider Trust.

Mr Kamentschuk was recognised for his exceptional support of Photography students, including providing additional opportunities outside of the school day, creating valuable resources for the wider team, and helping to showcase student success through the annual Photography Exhibition.

Mr Cain was nominated for his work in organising networking opportunities and events through the Personal Development Group, which has created meaningful experiences for both students and staff across the Trust.

Miss Elton was recognised for her consistent commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and at Chase Terrace Academy, supporting pupils and making a positive contribution to the wider school and our community.

A well-deserved recognition for three colleagues who consistently give their time, support and expertise to others.
