Our electronics course participants have been hard at work this week, learning the skills of circuitry and soldering. They’ve been mastering the art of soldering a flashing light, also known as an A-stable multivibrator.
This 6-week course isn’t just about learning electronics; it’s about bringing parents,/carers and pupils together to explore and experiment in this field. It’s a collaborative learning experience where everyone, regardless of expertise, can discover something new.
Throughout the course, participants will dive into understanding components, soldering techniques, and prototyping circuits. By the end of the programme, they’ll even have the skills to construct their very own radio.
We owe a huge thank you to the Staffordshire Adult Skills and Employability team for their generous funding, which has made this learning journey possible.
