We were thrilled to present invites to members of our Pupil Leadership Team at Chase Terrace Academy, to join the John Taylor MAT ‘Pupil Leadership Extravaganza’ in June 2023!  

A total of five representatives from our team will be attending the event. Pupils will work with other Pupil Leadership teams from across John Taylor MAT, which will include both primary and secondary schools. They will complete team building exercises, discuss their pupil charters and hear from external speakers about their leadership experiences.

Pictured is Dylan S and Caris D who met with Ms N Mason, Headteacher, to discuss the event and their roles as Head Pupil and Secretary. This was a lovely opportunity for these pupils to be recognised for the hard work they are putting into their roles and discuss the events the team have planned in the future.

Miss H Pickerill, Pupil Leadership Coordinator said, “We are really excited about the Pupil Leadership Extravaganza as it will be a great opportunity for our pupils to meet with other Pupil Leadership Teams. The event will facilitate pupils to be able to discuss and share how they make positive impacts within their own schools and communities.”
