We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the fantastic turnout and support we received at our Christmas Market last night! Together, we created a magical evening filled with festive joy and generosity, all for a cause very close to our hearts—the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The Teenage Cancer Trust is an organisation close to our hearts, providing unique care and support specifically designed for young people facing the challenges of cancer. Through the funds raised at events like ours, they finance specialised nurses, dedicated youth workers, and hospital units in the NHS. This ensures that young individuals receive the care and facilities they need throughout their treatment journey. The organisation also orchestrates events for young cancer patients, fostering a sense of independence and camaraderie among those facing similar challenges.

Thanks to your generosity, we are thrilled to announce that we raised over £900 for this incredible cause! This accomplishment wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support from our community, the incredible performances by primary school choirs and live entertainers, and, of course, our phenomenal pupils and staff who dedicated their time and effort to make last night unforgettable.

Ms. N Mason, our Headteacher, expressed her delight, saying, “What a busy and fantastic evening had by all for such a fantastic cause! Don’t forget, we’re continuing our fundraising efforts for the Teenage Cancer Trust next Friday, 22nd December. Join us for a non-uniform Christmas Jumper day.”
